摘要
本产品是一种便携式自行车助力装置,主要研究后轴控速和1∶1线性助力驱动,即将后轮与U型槽相接触,当人骑车前进时,链条拉动后轴,拉动自行车后面轮胎发生转动。当人骑车前进时,脚掌会对脚踏产生压力,对编码器采集到的速度信号和脚踏采集到的压力信号进行综合分析,调节输入控制电机的PWM占空比。从而控制无刷电机的功率输出,驱动车轮运转。
This product is a portable power assisting device for bicycle,mainly study on the rear axle control speed and 1:1 linear power driver is rear wheel and the U-shaped groove contact, when people riding forward, the chain to pull the rear axle, pulling on the back of a bicycle tire rotation.Friction occurred between the fire and the U-shaped groove,and changes the friction force driven resistance to change, the U-shaped groove of the motor output voltage changes, speed, the faster the voltage changes more, according to the size of the voltage to change single chip PWM pulse width, so as to control the power output of the motor brush.
