摘要
消费电子产品市场增速放缓,竞争愈发激烈,成本控制是各消费电子产品厂商的管理重点。但是,传统的价格控制有效性在降低。文章通过分析现行的消费电子产品供应链流程,寻找到可以改善的空间,并提出了改善的方法,以及经济效益的评估。
Consumer electronics market growth is slowing down, the competition is increasingly fierce, cost control is the key to the management of consumer electronics manufacturers.However, the traditional price control effectiveness is reducing.This paper analyzes the current supply chain process of consumer electronics, finds the space to improve the east to the East, and proposes the method to improve the economic benefit.
