层次分析法在创新培养模式评价中的应用研究

Application of analytic hierarchy process to the evaluation system for innovative training model

高校实验室是培养创新人才的重要平台,采用层次分析法(AHP)对高校实验室创新培养模式进行量化评估,并结合相关领域专家意见,构建了高校实验室创新培养模式评价体系。最后,结合某高校实验室培养成效检测数据进行了实证分析,验证了所建立的层次分析评价体系的有效性。所提出的评价体系有助于高校实验室进行自我诊断,从而完善和优化实验室培养模式,更好地满足社会对创新人才的需求。

University laboratory is a key platform to cultivate innovative talents in China. The study makes an assessment of talents training mode of university laboratory through analytic hierarchy process. Combining the assessment with opinions from relevant experts,the paper builds a laboratory evaluation system on talent cultivation. Then based on the empirical analysis of the laboratory training data in a university,the effectiveness of the established analytic hierarchy process is verified. The evaluation system can help universities to do laboratory self-diagnosis,and improve the laboratory training model,so that it can better meet the needs of society for innovative talents.
