放射治疗应用于复发性卵巢癌患者并发肠梗阻的临床分析及探讨

A clinical analysis of radiotherapy in patients of recurrent ovarian cancer combined with bowel obstruction

目的探讨放射治疗应用于复发性卵巢癌并发肠梗阻患者的可行性。方法回顾性分析2011年10月至2013年10月在武汉大学人民医院住院治疗的37例复发性卵巢癌并发肠梗阻患者临床资料,17例患者选择行姑息性放射治疗为放疗组,20例患者接受手术治疗为手术组,比较两组的疗效及安全性。结果治疗后60 d内,放疗组治愈3例(17.6%),好转12例(70.6%),无效2例(11.8%),无死亡者,总有效率(治愈+好转)88.2%;手术组治愈7例(35%),好转8例(40.0%),无效1例(5.0%),死亡4例(20.0%),总有效率75%。结论手术组治愈率高,但总有效率低,且死亡率高。放疗可应用于治疗复发性卵巢癌并发肠梗阻患者。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of radiotherapy in patients of recurrent ovarian cancer combined with bowel obstruction. Methods Retrospectively analyze clinical data of 37 patients of recurrent ovarian cancer combined with bowel obstruction,who received treatment in People’s Hospital of Wuhan University from October 2011 to October 2013. 17 cases who chose radiotherapy were selected as radiotherapy group,and 20 cases who chose surgery were selected as operation group,compared the efficacy and safety of two groups. Results 60 days after treatment,in the radiotherapy group,3 cases were cured,12 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective,no deaths,total effective（ cured and improved） rate was 88. 2 %; in the operation group,7 cases cured,8 cases improved,1 case was ineffective,4 cases were dead,total effective rate was 75 %. Conclusion Cure rate of operation group was higher,but the total effective rate was lower,mortality rate was higher. Radiotherapy can be used in treating patients of recurrent ovarian cancer combined with bowel obstruction.
