摘要
为了解决单铁心双分闸线圈电磁铁所带来的分闸时间不稳、不可靠等问题,笔者经过理论分析与研究,对分闸电磁铁结构及其所关联的分闸系统进行了改进,设计出双铁心双分闸线圈电磁铁,后经试验证明改进后的电磁铁结构彻底解决了以上两个问题。试验结果表明,此电磁铁的改进达到了预期效果,更准确地理解和满足了电网的规定和要求。
In order to solve the problems such as trip time instability,unreliable of the electromagnet with single iron core and double trip coils, the authors improve the structure of the electromagnet and the trip system through theoretical analysis and research, design the electromagnet with double iron cores and double trip coils. Then the improved electromagnet structure completely solves the above two problems by tests. The test results show that the improvement of the electromagnet has reached the expected effect.
