摘要
对某型SF6高压断路器产品灭弧室的摩擦阻力进行了理论计算,实际测量了该摩擦阻力,分析找出了影响灭弧室摩擦阻力的因素并发现此因素对产品操作功也有重大影响。通过对该因素的改善,降低了机构的操作功,说明了将灭弧室的摩擦阻力作为产品装配制造过程的控制点能有效改善产品装配质量,提高产品寿命。
The frictional resistance of a certain type of SF6 high voltage circuit breaker's arc extinguishing chamber were calculated and measured. The factor influencing the frictional resistance were analyzed and identified. It was found that the factors also exert significant effects on the mechanical work of the circuit breaker. By improving the factor the mechanical work was reduced, which indicates that control of the frictional resistance of arc extinguishing chamber during the product assembly process can effectively improve the product assembly quality and prolong the product life.
