摘要
描述了变压器套管底座松动故障的处理过程,从发现色谱分析数据异常,到采用特征气体、三比值法、三角图示法进行故障诊断,结合试验方法进行故障定位,阐述了油色谱分析方法和电气试验方法的内在联系。提出乙炔升高但未"超标"时,查找其原因的方法、步骤及注意事项,同时对大型变压器内部故障诊断及处理提供了经验。
The process for a fault of loosen bushing bottom pedestal in the transformer is described. Abnormal chromatographic data is discovered,then characteristic gas method, three-ratio method and David triangle method are used to analyze the fault type, and electrical test methods can be used to judge the position of fault. Thus the combined relation is verified effectively. The methods, steps and attentions are suggested when the content of acetylene in the oil is increased but still in the specified range. Meanwhile, some useful experiences for diagnosis and treatment of the inner fault in large transform are provided.
