Analysis on Public Library Corporate Governance in the Main-branch System

本文从总分馆体系、法人治理结构的概念入手,以深圳地区公共图书馆法人治理结构实践为例,分析了公共图书馆法人治理改革的现状,并对总分馆体制下法人治理结构建设面临的困境及对策进行了探讨。

Beginning from the conception of main-branch system and corporate governance, and taking the Shenzhen public libraries as the example, this paper studies the construction status of the public library corporate governance. And it also analyses the difficult position and measures of the li brary corporate governance.
