摘要
文章基于对农家书屋运行现状及存在问题的调查,发现农家书屋的服务形式和内容缺乏创新,运行状况不容乐观。为缓解农家书屋的窘境,尝试开展真人图书馆服务方式十分必要和可行。其运作策略在于:农家书屋应更新服务理念,采纳真人图书馆服务,广开思路采集"真人图书",精心组织活动注重效果,开展活动回访和总结评估,加强真人图书资源库建设以及摒弃功利化干扰等。冀望农家书屋焕发勃勃生机和活力。
The investigation on the status and the problems of the rural library shows that the forms and contents of rural library services are lack of innovation, the operation situation is not optimistic. In order to alleviate the dilemma of rural library, this paper tries to carry out the service mode of Human l.ibrary. The farm bookshop should update service concept, adopt Human Library services, broaden the ideas collection of Human Library, pay attention to the effect of well organized activities, develop activities and summary assessment, strengthen the construction of library resources and human books and abandon the utilitarian and so on.
