摘要
给出人力资本质量的内涵和2个计量维度,计算我国西部12个地区和东部4个典型省市的人力资本存量和人力资本异质性水平;以大规模问卷调研数据获取迁移意愿、迁移频率、下一步迁移目标等3个迁移特征,通过计算2个维度和3个迁移特征间的Pearson相关系数,分析人力资本质量与人才迁移特征关系.研究结果表明,人才的迁移特征与人们的常规认识大相径庭。
The article firstly puts forward the connotation and the 2 measurement dimensions of human capital quality. The human capital and human capital heterogeneity level of 12 western provinces and four typical eastern provinces was calculated. By means of large- scale questionnaire survey,the three key migration characteristics data including migration intentions,migration frequency and the next target of migration were acquired. Through calculating the Pearson correlation coefficients between the two dimensions and three migration characteristics,the relationship between regional quality of human capital and migration characteristics of talent was analyzed. The study shows that the migration characteristics of talent are quite different from conventional understanding.
