汽车前翼子板冲压成形工艺优化 被引量:11

摘要 汽车前翼子板成形通常设计为5道冲压工序,所需模具数量多,成本高。通过研究压缩其冲压工序数,达到工艺优化的目的。分析汽车前翼子板结构特点及其成形工艺过程,调整侧冲孔工序顺序,合并侧冲孔和修边工序,先侧冲孔再整形,使汽车翼子板冲压工序由原来的5道工序减少为4道工序。针对先冲孔再整形易导致孔径和形状变形的技术难题,运用逆向补偿法对孔的超差进行补偿,达到了工艺预期要求。通过企业生产证明,优化后的冲压工艺可行,减少了冲压模具的台套数,缩短了模具生产周期,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。 The car front fender is formed by five-step stamping processes normally, so it needs more molds and higher costs. Therefore, the optimization can be achieved by compressing the numbers of stamping processes. Through analyzing the product structure and its forming process, the order of the side punching process was adjusted, the side punching and trimming process were combined, and the side punching was carried out before shaping, so the numbers of stamping process for the car front fender were reduced from five-step to fourstep process. However, it was easy to cause deformations on the aperture and the shape. For the above issue, the ultra difference of the hole was compensated by the reverse compensation method to meet the expected requirements. Through the actual production in factories, it is proved that the improved process has a strong feasibility, the number of dies reduces and the production cycle of dies is shortened, and the production efficiency is increased and the manufacturing costs are saved.
