摘要
利用赫兹理论分析了支承辊和工作辊接触区的应力状态,结合现有的几种辊型倒角曲线,依据辊间接触应力均匀分布的原则提出了一种新的支承辊辊型倒角。利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立三维轧制模型,通过改变轧制力等参数对不同辊型倒角下支承辊的应力场、工作辊挠度以及钢板的厚度差做了分析和对比;结合有限元分析结果,利用FE-SAFE疲劳分析软件,并采用Brown-Miller疲劳损伤公式估算不同辊型倒角下支承辊的疲劳寿命,证明了新辊型对提高支承辊疲劳寿命的有效性。
Based on the Hertz theory, the stress state between back-up roll and work roll was analyzed. Combining with several existing back-up roll contour curves, a new back-up roll contour chamfering in accordance with the uniform distribution of contact stress was proposed. A 3-D finite element rolling model was also established by the finite element software ABAQUS, and the stress field of the back-up roll, deflection of working roll and thickness difference of steel plate under the different roll contour chamfering were analyzed and com- pared by changing the rolling parameters. Combined with the results of finite element analysis, the fatigue life of the back-up roll with the different roll contour chamfering was predicted by FE - SAFE fatigue analysis software and the fatigue damage criterion of Brown - Miller. It is proved that the new contour back-up roll is very effective for improving the fatigue life of back-up roll.
