借鉴“锦里”思考“张居正街”文化商业街的改造

From “Jinli ”Thinking “Zhang Juzheng Street”Cultural Commercial Street Reconstruction

文化商业街是城市在传承街区历史文脉的基础上,结合现代商业开发模式而打造的城市经济发展的重要形式。但在实际操作中,由于文化融入不够,业态分布不合理,使得一些城市的文化商业街的开发并不成功。本文以荆州市张居正街为例,通过实地调研、问卷调查,借鉴成都锦里的成功经验,深入分析街区存在的问题,试图探索一条文化商业街改造的适合之路。在对历史文化的挖掘及传承,商业业态的选择及分布,以及街区持续发展的基础上,取得社会、经济、文化效益的相对平衡。

Cultural commercial street is an important form of urban economic development based on the historical context of the historic district and the modern business development model.But in practice,because of the integration of culture is not enough, the distribution of industry is unreasonable, which makes the development of some cities＇ cultural commercial streets is not successful. This paper takes Zhang Juzheng street in Jingzhou as an example,through field survey,questionnaire survey,the successful experience of Chengdu Jinli Street,and in- depth analysis of the existing problems,trying to explore a way of cultural commercial street reconstruction. In the history and culture of mining heritage, selection and distribution of commercial activities,as well as sustainable development on the basis of neighborhoods,to achieve social,economic and cultural benefits of relative balance.
