深厚冲积层冻结压力工程实测及分析研究

摘要 冻结压力是造成井壁安全问题的重要因素。针对黄淮地区深厚冲积层冻结法凿井的技术难题,通过对黄淮地区多个井壁受力状况的实时监测,得出的数据表明:各井筒冻结压力的增长在时序上具有相似性,基本可划分为三个阶段;呈现不均匀性且与高度不一定成正比这与土层所含有的矿物成分有一定的关系。并通过计算机软件得出含有不同矿物成分的黏土层的冻结压力随高度和时间变化的回归公式。 Freezing pressure is an important factor which causes borehole security issues. Concerned with the technical problems related to freezing shaft sinking in deep alluvium of Huang Huai area,this paper deals with some new data which is gotten through the real- time monitoring of the stress state of several shafting lining and the results demonstrate that the increase of different wellbore 's freezing pressure is coincident in time series,which could be divided into four basic stages; besides,the increase was uneven and not always in direct proportion to the height,rather,it is associated with the mineral composition of the soil. This paper obtained the regression formula concerning how the freezing pressure is increased with the change of height and time as well as the clay layer containing different mineral elements through computer software.
