摘要
研制出一种聚丙烯纤维混凝土,纤维相当于细配肋,混凝土韧性提高,骨料得到承托,离析泌水减少,提高了混凝土的抗裂性能,正交试验得出纤维的最佳掺量。工程实例现场监测表明,聚丙烯纤维混凝土有较高抗变形能力,发挥出了锚喷支护体系的力学性能,围岩应力分布均匀,让压效果明显。
A kind of polypropylene fiber concrete was studied,fiber is equal to the fine reinforcement,concrete toughness was increased, aggregate was beared, segregation secrete water was reduced, the crack resistance of concrete was improved, the optimum dosage of fiber was got from the orthogonal experiment. The field monitoring of engineering examples show that polypropylene fiber concrete has higher resistance to deformation ability, the mechanical properties of the system of support by rockbolt and shotcrete has been made,the stress distribution of surrounding rock has been uniformed, pressure effect is obvious.
