孤岛工作面沿空掘巷支护技术探索

摘要 为解决陈四楼煤矿孤岛工作面沿空掘巷巷道支护技术难题,结合沿空掘巷煤柱稳定性影响因素,通过选定几种支护形式在21502轨道顺槽进行支护试验,对比不同支护材料的支护效果,根据不同支护材料的自身特性,优化21502带式输送顺槽巷道支护设计。在巷道沿空侧巷帮肩窝和底脚采用短锚索代替锚杆使用,巷帮变形得到有效的控制,大大减少了锚杆被压断的数量,提高了巷帮煤壁的稳定性,降低了支护成本。 To solve the roadway supporting problems of island coal face′ s roadway in Chensilou coal mine, in combination with affecting factors of coal pillar stability, through several roadway support experiments in 21502 coalface′s orbital roadway, comparing the supporting effect of different supporting material, optimize roadway support design of 21502 coalface′s belt conveyor roadway. In the one side of the roadway along gob, use short anchor wire instead of anchor stock in upper and lower part to support the roadway, to control the deformation of roadway, reduced the number of the bolt fracture, improve the stability of coal wall, reduce the support costs.
