Practice of Outburst Prevention Technology at Inclined Shaft in Cutting Through Coal Seam by Gas Pre-drainage and Coal Grouting Reinforcement

摘要 通过对煤与瓦斯突出过程和防突机理的分析,提出降低瓦斯压力和增加煤体极限破坏强度,使煤岩体不满足破坏失稳和抛出条件的揭煤防突思路。以新疆某矿地质条件为基础,在斜井揭煤过程中,采用预抽瓦斯和煤体注浆相结合的综合防突技术,较好地解决了该矿斜井揭煤防突技术难题。 Through the analysis of coal and gas outburst process and outburst prevention mechanism,the method for prevent the outburst have been proposed. The method is make the instability and failure conditions, throw out conditions of coal mass and rock mass could not be reached which by means of reduce the pressure of gas and increase the ultimate strength of coal mass. The field practice shows that the techniques based on the geological conditions of a certain coal mine in Xinjiang has solved better the problem while cutting through coal and gas outburst seam especially for inclined shafts.
