摘要
对刮板输送机刮板链断链故障的原因进行了分析,并以刮板链为研究对象研究了FRACAS分析方法的工作流程,在此基础上提出了刮板链故障信息收集与利用的基本内容,最后采用FRACAS分析方法对某刮板链断链故障进行了深入分析,找到了故障发生的根本原因。
The failure of scraper conveyer chains-broken has been analyzed, and the procedure of FRACAS analysis method for chains was studied deeply, according to this method, the basic content of the collection and utilization of scraper chains＇ information were also presented in details. Finally, the FRACAS analysis method was used to analyze the failure of a chains-broken, and the root causes were also obtained successfully.
