摘要
通过Aspen Plus软件建立Shell粉煤气化模型,在对神华煤气化压力、氧煤比、蒸汽煤比等操作条件对气化效果进行了灵敏度分析的基础上,以有效气(CO+H2)摩尔含量最高为优化目标,分别通过虚拟正交实验及Aspen Plus软件在考虑操作条件间交互作用的影响下,对Shell粉煤气化过程进行了整体优化,并将这2种方法的优化效果进行比较,最终结果表明:Aspen Plus软件的优化效果更为精确。
The sensitivity analysis of the operating conditions of vapor pressure, oxygen/coal ratio,steam/coal ratio is discussed by Aspen Plus software. Then optimal operation conditions for maximum total calorific value of Shell coal gasification′ s product(CO +H2) based on orthogonal experiment and Aspen Plus software. And compared the optimization effect of the two method. The result shows that the optimal result of Aspen Plus software is more accurate.
