摘要
对某堆存煤矸石中残存的煤(固定碳品位为28.92%)进行了系统的浮选实验研究(矿物学分析、磨矿细度试验、浮选药剂试验,以及开路、闭路流程试验),重点考察了常用3种调整剂(石灰、硅酸钠及六偏磷酸钠)对该煤矸石中煤浮选精矿品位和回收率的影响,最终获得固定碳可作为动力原煤使用,大大提高了该煤矸石的利用价值,实现了煤矸石的资源化利用。
The experimental study of the recovery of coal in a coal gangue were carried out. The study includes mineral properties analysis, grinding experiments, flotation reagent experiments, as well as open and close circuit flotation experiments. The effects of three adjustive reagents, limestone, sodium silicate, as well as sodium hexmetaphosphate on the flotation of coal were mainly explored. The flotation concentrate of the coal concentrate make possible of the potential application as raw coal.
