探讨不同性质药剂对煤泥水沉降效果的影响

Investigate Influence of Different Nature Chemical Reagents on Coal Slurry Setting Effect

为改善煤泥水中细粒煤的沉降效果,在煤泥水中加入絮凝剂。通过煤泥水粒度组成及矿物组成分析,选择阳离子絮凝剂,并对沉降效果不太理想的煤泥水加入混凝剂。试验表明:根据煤泥水性质选择阳离子絮凝剂,有效强化了煤泥水沉降,对于沉降效果不太好的煤泥水添加混凝剂,促进极细颗粒煤泥沉降。

To improve the setting effect of fine coal slime water,adding flocculant in slime water.Through the slurry particle size composition and mineral composition analysis,selection of cationic flocculants,coal slurry and the setting effect is not ideal,adding filter aid agents.Experiments show that cationic flocculant is chosen according to the properties of coal slime water settlement effect is not very good to add coagulant,promote extremely fine particle coal slime setting.
