Study on Refined Management in Coal Enterprises Based on New Model

精细化管理在煤炭行业中已经发展和应用多年,但至今还未在全国范围内实现基础化和标准化。结合现有研究成果和煤炭企业精细化管理发展的现状,提出"三行五化"的精细化管理模式,并总结在精细化管理实施的过程中需注意的问题,为煤炭企业实施具有行业特色的精细化管理提供政策性建议。

Although the refined management has been developed and applied in the coal industry for many years, it has not realized standardization across the country. Based on the previous research results and the development status of the refined management, put forward the new refined management mode and summarize the problems that need to pay attention to in the implementation of refined management, which will provide policy proposal for coal enterprises to implement refined management with industry characteristics.
