成都市林盘地区供排水问题及对策分析

Problem and Coping Strategy Analysis of Water Supply and Drainage for Linpan of Chengdu

川西林盘具有重要的保存价值,但其传统的供排水方式已不能满足时代要求,亟需革新。研究以成都市林盘地区为对象进行深入分析,结果表明林盘供水方面存在体制不明晰,水质保障能力较低的问题。同时在排水方面,亦存在现状典型污水收集处理方式落后,改造导向不明确的问题。结合美国及韩国乡村地区相关供排水经验,研究提出建立层次明晰的供水体制、建立常态化的原水保障与水质监测体系、建立分区位分流级的排水设施体系、建立政府主导下的全方位排水监管体系等策略。

Linpan is greatly worth to be conserved. But the traditional water supply and drainage mode cannot meet the requirement of today, innovation is needed. Based on the Linpan of Chengdu, the water supply and drainage mode was analyzed. Result indicated the water supply organization was not perspicuity and the water quality monitoring system was not completed. For drainage the current system had been dropped behind, and rebuilding guidance was not clear. Consider the experience of American and South Korea, the copying strategy of establishing clear water supply organization, improving the water quality monitoring system, establishing scalar drainage facilities, optimizing the wastewater management was put forward.
