摘要
随着国家"一带一路"政策的推行,基建工程数量激增,同时雾霾等环境污染的曝露促进基建逐步环保化,我国商品混凝土行业迅速进入成长期,面临企业数量较多,而单体规模较小,竞争异常激烈的问题。本文通过SWOT分析法全面地分析商品混凝土行业发展的优势和劣势,其在发展中所面临的机会和威胁等等,结合实际情况提出了未来混凝土行业发展战略,为今后混凝土行业的发展道路提供一定的参考。
With the implementation of the policy of One Belt One Road, there has been a sharp rise in the number of construction works. And due to the environmental pollution problems such as haze, the construction works ale gradually becoming green. The commercial concrete industry, in China has entered into growth period rapidly and is faced with a series of problems such as large number of enterprises, small monomer scale and fierce competition. This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threads ot commercial concrete industry development through SWOT method. The development strategy of concrete industry in the future are put forward, which can provide reference for the development of concrete industry.
