糖尿病神经电生理改变的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病(DM)患者的神经电生理改变特点与糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的关系。方法对116例确诊DM的患者,进行神经电图(运动传导速度、感觉传导速度、F波、H反射)的测定,分析、统计其数据。结果116例DM患者,神经电生理异常88例,占75.9%,其中多发性周围神经损害76例,占86.4%。早期轻度损害和无症状者中H反射异常占86.4%,双侧/单侧正中神经/腓肠神经SCV异常占50%;血糖控制程度与电生理的关系有统计学意义(P<0.01);DM病程与电生理异常之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论神经电生理检查,早期双胫神经H反射及正中神经/腓肠神经SCV异常,可作为DPN亚临床期早期诊断指标。
