浅谈铁路工程施工索赔

On Railway Engineering Construction Claims

工程索赔是施工企业保护自身正当利益、弥补工程损失与提高经济效益的重要手段,铁路工程既有建筑工程所有的共性,也具有自身的一些特点,铁路施工企业应通过对索赔工作的深入学习、精心操作、细致管理、整体把控来求得企业效益的最大化。本文简述了工程索赔的原则、分类、步骤、管理及某铁路工程的几个案例,并结合笔者在实践工作中总结的一点心得,作出肤浅的分析与归纳。

Engineering claim is an important means for construction enterprises to protect their legitimate interests, make up for the engineering loss and improve the economic benefit. Railway engineering has both the common characteristics of construction projects and its own features. Railway construction enterprises should get the maximum benefit through in-depth study, careful operation, careful management, and overall control of claim. This paper introduces the principle, classification, steps and management of engineering claim and some oractical cases and oresents some analysis and conclusion combined with the author＇s experience in practical work.
