本文主要是对高校科技创新能力(文中指的是专利申请情况)的已有数据通过模糊数学的多目标模糊综合评价的方法进行建模,然后通过应用实例将多目标模糊综合评价法在现行山东高校科技创新能力尤其是专利申请方面得到应用。

This article is mainly to use existing data of universit7 science and technology innovation ability, （this paper refers to the patent situation） through the fuzzy mathematics method of muhi-objective fuzzy comprehensive to construct evaluation model, and then make multi-objective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method apply in the current university of science and technology innovation ability especially patent applications through the specific examples in Shandong.
