质量管理一直是房地产企业的重中之重,如何通过工程质量管理形成质量优势,是我国房地产企业应该思考的问题。文章对房地产企业施工阶段质量控制的系统过程和控制依据进行阐述,并详细介绍了施工各阶段的的质量控制措施。
Quality management is the key of the real estate enterprises. How to form quality advantage in the project quality management, is the question that China＇s real estate enterprises should think about. This article expounds the system process and control basis of real estate enterprise construction phase quality control, and introduces the quality control measures in every stage of the construction in detail.
