摘要
根据田陈煤矿北一采区111运输巷的采掘条件判断巷道属于不稳定采空区域的掘进,会产生一定的支护困难。分析巷道可能产生的大变形的原因为采空区的动载冲击、层间岩柱厚度对锚固性能的影响和回采超前支承应力的影响。对应提出了应采取以地质力学测试为基础的动态信息设计法和高预应力一次支护理念,并对支护材料进行优化,实现经济、安全和高效的掘进。
According to the mining conditions of transportation lane 111 in North 1st Gob of Tianchen Coal Mine, it is judged that the tunnelling of unstabilized gob will have support problems. It is analyzed that the causes of the large deformation of roadway are the gob dynamic load impact, the influence of the interlayer thickness of rock pillars on anchorage performance and the influence on recovery lead bearing stress. The ideas of using the dynamic information design method of taking geological mechanics test as the basis and high prestressed supporting are put forward to optimize the supporting materials, realize 'the economic, safe and efficient driving.
