摘要
基于计划行为理论(TPB),设计了一个两阶段的问卷调查方案,针对高校创业教育计划对学生创业意愿的影响进行了实证分析。研究发现,创业教育计划对学生主观规范和感知行为控制有显著影响,但并未对其创业态度和创业意愿产生明显影响。该研究结果表明,计划行为理论(TPB)为我们提供了一个简明有效的理论框架来分析创业教育计划对学生创业意愿的影响,创业教育应该有针对性的加强对学生感知行为控制的培养。
This study, based on the Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB), designs a two-stage questionnaire scheme to assesses the impact of entrepreneurship education programs on entrepreneurial intentions of 202 students following entrepreneurship courses at three universities in Xi'an. Result indicated that entrepreneurship education programs significantly influence perceived behavioral control and subjective norms. However, no support was found for the effects of entrepreneurship education programs on attitudes toward entrepreneurship and intention. This result suggests that the TPB could be considered to provide a concise and useful framework to analyze how entrepreneurship education programs might influence students" entrepreneurial intentions,and, entrepreneurship education should be strengthened to cultivate college students" perceived behavioral control.
