The Analysis and Implication of Project Management in Domestic and Overseas Astronautics and Aeronautics Model Development

航天航空型号的研制项目管理对型号的成功研制具有重要作用。本文通过对国内外典型航天航空组织/型号的项目管理模式,从理论指导和组织管理两个方面进行分析和总结,得出航天航空型号研制项目管理在项目管理理论利用和组织结构设计等6方面启示,为型号研制提供有效支持。

Project management is very important for successful astronautics and aeronautics model development. This paper analyzes and summarizes the project management modes of typical astronautics and aeronautics organizations/models from the perspectives of theory background and organization management practice. Six aspects of implications are concluded including the theoretical application of project management and organization structure design in project management of astronautics and aeronautics model development, which can nrovide effective support for further model development.
