摘要
制冷系统是环境试验装置的核心部分之一。文中对HLT/SR2000环境试验装置制冷系统组成和原理进行了概述,并给出了制冷系统负荷及状态点热力学参数的计算方法,对压缩机选型进行了简要说明。经过实际运行表明,该制冷系统各项指标均满足设计要求。经过第三方检测温度各项指标均优于用户要求。
Refrigeration system belongs to the core parts of the environmental testing equipment. In this article, the composition and the principle for the refrigeration system of HLT/SR2000 environmental testing equipment were outlined, and the calculation method of the load for refrigeration system and thermodynamics parameter for state point were given, the optimization type - selection of compressors was illustrated in brief. Through practical operation of this system, it shows that the various indicators of refrigeration system can fully satisfy requirements of design. In addition, the available indicators of temperature can be superior to the user requirements through a third party testing.
