太阳能辅助采暖在热泵型纯电动客车空调系统的应用研究

摘要 针对热泵型纯电动客车空调系统在冬季低温高湿环境下运行时,能源利用效率偏低、车外换热器容易结霜等问题,以已搭建的带低压补气的热泵型纯电动客车空调试验台为研究对象,试验研究了车外低温环境补气与不补气两种模式的制热性能。采用能耗分析软件Design Builder,模拟冬季全天日照下客车内光照得热量情况,旨在弥补系统制热量不足、能效偏低等不利影响,有助于优化纯电动客车空调系统设计及改善系统性能等提供参考依据。 For the heat pump air conditioning system for pure electric bus under the low temperature and high humidity environment in winter, it exists insufficient heating capacity, low efficiency of energy use, even the heat exchanger outside to be easy to frost and the performance of the system. In order to solve the problem, a heat pump air conditioning system experimental platform with low pressure gas - mixing for pure electric vehicle was designed. Through experimental study, the different healing performance at low temperature was analysed and an energy analysis software designbuilder was used to simulate winter sunshine throughout the day under light heat gain within the bus. Results show that the system is designed to make up tbr the lack of heating capacity, energy efficiency and other low adverse effects, helps optimize pure electric bus air - conditioning system design and improve system performance.
