我国知识管理研究学派、知识基础及热点的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Domestic Knowledge Management Genre,Basics and Hotspots

[目的/意义]为了探析我国知识管理研究动态,认知现状,启迪创新,将知识管理研究引向深入。[方法/过程]以CSSCI收录的论文为样本,利用VOSviewer和Cite Space软件,对我国知识管理研究进行可视化分析。[结果/结论]结果表明:企业管理学派、图书情报学派、综合学派和科技管理学派是四大学术流派;知识基础主要由国内外的10篇(部)文献构成;研究热点包括:企业知识管理、知识共享与知识创新、企业知识管理系统、隐性知识与显性知识、知识服务与知识组织、知识管理与竞争情报。

[ Purpose/significance] In order to explore domestic knowledge management research situation, sum up experience, inspire innovation. These research subjects will make further studies of knowledge management in China. [ Method/process] Taking the CSSCI papers as sample, this paper analyzed the situation of domestic knowledge management research using the mainstream visualization methods which are VOSviewer and CiteSpace. [ Result/conclusion] The results showed that the schools of thought of domestic knowledge manage- ment research are divided into 4 genres; the basic knowledge is composed of ten articles and books; the research topics include enterprise knowledge management, knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation, enterprise knowledge management system, tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, knowledge service and knowledge organization, knowledge management and competitive intelligence.
