摘要
本文简介新一轮英语类专业教育改革的背景,回顾英语、商务英语和翻译专业本科教学质量国家标准的制定过程,提炼三个标准的共同特点、学科共性与差异,阐述国家标准、学校标准及人才培养方案之间的关系,并就国家标准出台后的学校标准建设、人才培养方案制定、课程体系和教材建设提出建议。
This paper first introduces the background of the current reform in the English major programs, and then moves on to the process of making the national criteria of teaching quality for undergraduate English majors, business English majors and translation majors. The paper also analyzes the common features and differences of the three national criteria, and explains the relationships among the national criteria, university criteria and syllabuses. It concludes with suggestions for designing university criteria and syllabuses, and for developing curricula and textbooks in accordance with the requirements of the national criteria.
