一种基于HCPL-316J的IGBT驱动电路设计

摘要 在较复杂的变流系统中,主控系统的延滞会影响IGBT模块故障保护的时效性,造成保护失败。针对这种情况,本文采用光耦驱动芯片HCPL-316J和DSP芯片设计了一种IGBT驱动电路,当光耦芯片故障信号发出后立即封锁IGBT驱动信号,完全消除了主控程序运行时长对故障保护的影响。通过模拟过流实验和实际应用表明,本设计故障保护响应迅速,运行稳定可靠。 In more complex converter system, delay of the main control system will affect the efficiency of the IGBT fault protection. In view of this situation, the HCPL-316 J optocoupler and DSP were combined to compose a IGBT drive circuit. The IGBT drive signal was blockaded immediately when the optocoupler fault signal was issued. It completely eliminated the effects from the running time of the master program. Simulation over-current experiments and practical applications showed this design had the rapid response to fault protection, and stable and reliable operation.
