摘要
《舌尖上的中国》作为一档美食类纪录片,播出后获得空前的成功。故事化手法是其成功的要素,也是中国纪录片在市场化进程中主要依仗的艺术手段。然而随着《舌尖上的中国(第二季)》的播出,赞美中有了批评其过度故事化的声音。通过对《舌尖上的中国(第二季)》的分析,说明其通过解说词、采访、音乐等因素成功实现了纪录片故事化,同时也以故事化失败的典型案例作为分析对象,通过人物与食物的关系、故事与食物的关系以及真实性说明其失度之处。
A Bite of China as a series documentaries of foods,has gotten unprecedented success after broadcasting. Dramatization is necessary to success of it under the market environment in our country at present. However,as A Bite of China 2 was broadcasted,there are some criticism with the praise. This article discusses that A Bite of China 2 is successful through integration of commentary,interviews and music as means of dramatization. At the same time,the article also analyzes the failure of this documentary in dramatization,especially through the character's relationship with food,the relationship between food and story,and the truth of the story. Through the analysis,this article shows that how to keep reasonable dramatization of documentary product.
