覆盖层细小颗粒穿流控制室内相似模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 在分析矿岩散体颗粒粒径组成的基础上,通过室内放矿试验探讨细小颗粒穿流的变化规律,并提出了注浆和"造团"两种细小颗粒穿流控制方法,研究结果表明:1放矿过程中具有非常明显的细小颗粒的穿流作用,穿流量随着放出高度基本呈现抛物线形状的变化规律,在废石覆盖层条件下的放矿矿石贫化率高且损失率大;2采用注浆和"造团"技术可以有效的减小废石混入和细小颗粒的穿流作用;3注浆体稳固性受到下部矿石流动的影响,下部形成漏斗空腔时注浆体发生断裂破坏,造成大量废石混入;4"造团"条件下的放矿更利于矿岩散体的整体流动,在该条件下的放出体比注浆条件下的放出体更为规则且体积更大,较注浆条件下获得更好的放矿指标. Based on the laboratory tests, the particle composition rules of loose rock material and fine particles percolation in process of ore drawing are discussed. In addition, fine particles percolation control methods of grouting and "crumb structure" technology are verified. The results show that: ① An obviously fine particles percolation effect exists in the process of ore drawing, which has a great relevance with height, the relationship being parabolic. The ore loss and dilution is serious in barren rock overlying ore drawing; ② Grouting and "crumb structure" technology can effectively reduce the effects of fine particles percolation;③ Grouting body stability is affected by the flow pattern of lower ore. The grouting body is damaged when it is dangling and mixing a large number of waste rock into ore;④ A better ore drawing effect with regular and big draw body can be acquired under the "crumb structure" condition than grouting.
