变速工况下球轴承-螺旋锥齿轮多体动力学分析 被引量:1

Multibody Dynamic Analysis of Ball Bearings-Spiral Bevel Gear Under Variable Speed Condition

摘要 基于多体系统动力学方法,定义了球轴承钢球、套圈滚道和保持架之间的动态接触关系,螺旋锥齿轮传动的啮合接触关系,探索了变速工况下球轴承-螺旋锥齿轮系统的动力学分析方法.运用ADAMS建立了球轴承-螺旋锥齿轮传动多体动力学仿真模型,以变转速作为齿轮传动系统外部激励,计算了变转速工况下齿轮系统的动态响应.计算结果表明:变速工况下,啮合轮齿的动态接触力远大于常速工况,保持架受到较大较频繁的间隙碰撞力作用,运动稳定性相对较差.变速转速频率及其倍频为齿轮啮合力和球轴承动态接触力的主要频谱成分.常速工况下,常速转速频率及其倍频和啮合频率为齿轮啮合力的主要频谱成分,保持架转速频率及其倍频为球轴承动态接触力的主要频谱成分.计算模型和分析结果为复杂变工况下球轴承-螺旋锥齿轮系统动力学分析和动态设计提供了分析方法. The dynamic contact relationship of the spiral bevel teeth and the dynamic contact relationship among the steel ball,the raceway and the cage are defined on the basis of multibody dynamic theory. The dynamic analysis method of the ball bearing- spiral bevel gear system is studied. The multibody dynamic model of ball bearing- spiral bevel gear system is established by ADAMS. Variable speed is taken as the external excitation to the gear transmission system to analyze the dynamic response. The results reveal that the dynamic meshing force of the variable speed drive is far larger than that of the constant speed drive; the i MPact force of the cage is larger and more frequent; and the motion stability of cage is relatively worse. The frequency of the variable speed and its doubling consist the main components of the spectrum of the meshing force and the dynamic contact force of the bearing. Under the condition of constant speed,the main components of the meshing force are the meshing frequency,the frequency of the constant speed and its doubling. The rotational speed frequency of the cage and its doubling compose the main components of the spectrum of the dynamic contact force of the bearing. The model and results provide an analysis method of dynamic analysis and design of the ball bearings- spiral bevel gear system under complex variable conditions.
