Research and Applications of Energy-saving Technologies in the Preparation of Spherical Zinc Powders

节能是企业降低成本、提高市场竞争力、破解能源约束的重要途径,也是企业生存和发展的保障,更是企业应承担的社会责任。企业节能主要有管理节能和技术节能两种途径,主要分析了球形锌粉制备过程中能耗高的主要原因,就降低能耗提出行之有效的技术途径,包括重视研发和制备新型节能炉型、改进制备工艺以提高能源综合利用水平、延长设备的生命周期等。

Energy efficiency is not only an important way for enterprises to reduce cost, improve market competitiveness, and break energy constraints, but also the guarantee of enterprises′ survival and development; furthermore, it＇s one part of the corporate social responsibility. There are mainly two ways for enterprises to save energy, by means of management or technology. The main reasons for high energy consumption in the preparation of spherical zinc powders are analyzed, and effective technical approaches for reducing energy consumption are proposed, which include researching and manufacturing new energy-efficient furnace, improving preparation technology to raise the integrated utilization level of energy, and extending the life of equipments.
