摘要
饮食是物质文化与社会生活的基本组成部分。通过梳理西方饮食人类学的文献追溯其发展历程,重点对其最新发展动态进行述评,从研究对象和内容、理论和方法论等方面揭示了西方饮食人类学的新变化。以期从理论探索和学术实践中促进饮食人类学在国内的发展和进步。
Diet is a basic component of material culture and social life. Presenting the literature about the dietetical anthropology in the west and tracing back to its development, this article made a review about the latest development trend in the field, and revealed the new changes in the study the research target, its content, theory and methodology that it in- volves, intending to promote the development and progress of the dietetical anthropology in China by way of both theoretical research and academic practice.
