乡村集市发展与城镇化建设——以山西省L镇为例 被引量:1

摘要 乡村集市的兴起与发展已有几千年历史。在现代社会,我国传统集市在繁荣农村市场、方便居民就近买卖和扩大就业方面起到了一定的作用,但由于自身的局限性存在着产品质量难以保证,管理混乱,占道经营,污染严重等问题。同时,乡村集市作为一种传统而非正规化的贸易形式,对农村社会结构的转型和城镇化发展存在着一定制约,农村自身规范化市场的形成才是城镇化建设的内在动力。只有大力培育农村市场,进行规范化管理、加强农村市场法规建设、完善乡村市场服务配套体系、发展专业化特色集市,才是乡村集市发展和转型的有效途径,从而使其在促进农村社会结构转型和城镇化发展中发挥重要作用。 The rural nmrket has been in existence and under development for thousands of years. In modern society, traditional market in China has played a role in promoting prosperity of the rural market, facilitating trading of nearby resi- dents and expanding employment. However, the limitations of its own give rise to problems such as poor product quality, management confusion, illegal street stalls business, and pollution. Meanwhile, the rural market, as a kind of traditional form rather than a formal trade, constrains transformation of social structure and the development of urbanization in rural ar- eas, so the formation of standardized rural market itself is the inner motive power of urbanization. In this situation, only means like vigorously fostering the rural market, standardizing management, establishing a sound legal system for the rural market, improving rural market service supporting system, and developing specialized and featured market may turn out to be effective for the development and transformation of rural market, so as to promote rural social transformation and urbani- zation.
