摘要
目的观察不同施灸方向对寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠血管收缩与舒张因子的影响。方法选取清洁级Wistar大鼠32只,随机分组:正常组(A)、模型组(B)、顺经灸组(C)和逆经灸组(D),每组8只。在成功建立大鼠寒凝血瘀证模型后,对顺经灸和逆经灸两组大鼠实施不同操作方向的艾灸治疗,即沿膀胱经分别行"由上至下"及"由下至上"的单向反复操作,共治疗14天。治疗结束后,各组大鼠腹主动脉取血,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测大鼠血浆内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)及一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)的浓度。按照大鼠症状和体征量化评分表对大鼠的活动、毛发、大便、小便及脉络瘀血等情况进行相应评分,并最终计算大鼠寒凝血瘀的程度。结果与正常组比较,模型组大鼠症状和体征量化积分及血浆ET-1浓度均明显升高(P<0.05),NO浓度明显下降(P<0.05);与模型组比较,顺经灸组和逆经灸组大鼠症状和体征量化积分及血浆ET-1浓度均明显下降(P<0.05),NO浓度均明显升高(P<0.05);顺经灸组大鼠症状和体征量化积分及血浆NO浓度较逆经灸组均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论顺经灸与逆经灸大鼠足太阳膀胱经均能明显促进寒凝血瘀证大鼠血浆NO的释放,抑制血浆ET-1的释放,改善大鼠寒凝血瘀症状,且顺经灸的治疗效应稍优于逆经灸。
Objective To obserle the effects of different moxibustion-performed directions on the lascular contraction and relaxation factors in rats with cold gaused blood stasis syndrome. Methods 32 Wistar rats were dilided into control group ( A ) , model group ( B ) , moxibustion performed along the meridian group( C) and moxibustion performed against the meridian group( D) ,8 rats in each group. After successful established the model of rats with cold gaused blood stasis syndrome, the moxibusition along or against the bladder meridian on rats were performed directionally and repeatedly, the treatment was for 14 days. After treatment, the lelels of ET-1 and NO of the blood taken from rats&#39; aortalentralis were detected by ELISA. According to the table of the quantificational score of symptom, obserle the actilities, hair, ex-crement , urinate and choroid blood stasis of rats, and calculate the degree of rats with cold gaused blood stasis syndrome. Results Compared with the A group, the quantificational score of symptom and the lelel&amp;nbsp;of ET-1 in the B group were all increased with statistically significant difference(P〈0. 05)and the NO lelel was decreased significantly(P〈0. 05). Compared with the B group, the quantificational score of symptom and the lelel of ET-1 in the C and D group were reduced significantly(P〈0. 05), and the NO lelel increased apparently(P〈0. 05). The quantificational scores of symptom and NO lelels in C and D group has statistical difference(P〈0. 05). Conclusions Both moxibustion groups can promote the NO release, inhibite the ET-1 release and improle the symptom in rats with cold gaused blood stasis syndrome. Moreoler, the therapeutic effect of C group is better than D group.
