中医药临床疗效评价的研究进展

临床疗效问题是临床医学的核心和关键问题。中医药的临床疗效评价侧重于个体症状的改善,古代中医的临床疗效评价研究以症状、证候变化为主,体现了中医学整体观及辨证施治的特点,但缺乏客观、全面、科学的指标及方法。当代中医药临床疗效评价在不同疾病领域有相应的指标、方法、体系,但存在完全利用现代医学指标与方法、借鉴循证医学、研究结果可重复性较差、疗效判定术语和结果模糊等弊端,缺乏相关疾病统一的、公认的疗效评价标准,不同研究结果之间也缺乏可比性,因此,建立中医药临床疗效评价体系,紧迫而必要。

Therefore, it is urgent and necessary to establish the elaluation system of TCM clinical therapeutic effect.
