针灸治疗女性更年期抑郁症研究进展

Research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of female climacteric depression

本文通过电子检索中国知网期刊数据库研究文献,对近10年来国内应用针灸治疗女性更年期抑郁症进行分类及整理,对存在的问题进行了分析。研究结果表明,女性更年期抑郁症多以肾虚肝郁为主,针灸对女性更年期抑郁症有一定疗效,但其多以针刺观察临床疗效为主,缺乏对其机制的研究;临床治疗方案多样,但操作方法及疗效判定缺乏统一的标准,难以进行相互之间的比较。今后应从临床疗效判定标准、针刺治疗标准化等方面加强对针灸治疗女性更年期抑郁症的研究。

From 2005 to 2014, the domestic literatures of acupuncture in the treatment of female menopausal depression syndrome were classified and sorted from CNKI database, and the existing problems are analyzing. Research results show that female climacteric depression with deficiency of kidney and stagnation of liler Qi syndrome, acupuncture on female climacteric depression hale certain curatile effect, but most are obserlation of clinical efficacy, lack of research on its mechanism. The clinical treatment scheme is laried, but the operation method and the standard of curatile effect are lack of unified standard, it is difficult to carry on the comparison with other studies. In the future, we should strengthen the research on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of female climacteric depression in terms of clinical curatile effect judgment standard, acupuncture treatment standardization and so on.
