国家助学金制度的优化研究——基于对大学生思想问题的分析

A Study on the Optimization of the System for State Stipend——Based on the Analysis of Undergraduates' Ideological Problems

国家助学金制度的实施,有效减轻了贫困大学生的经济负担,也很好地促进了教育的公平。但是,在国家助学金发放的过程中个别大学生的思想问题却频频发生,诚信意识脆弱、感恩意识淡薄、利己主义至上。文章对这些思想问题进行了分析,并以此为基础提出了优化国家助学金制度的有效措施。

Admittedly,the implementation of state stipend system effectively reduces the economic burden of impoverished students,and commendably promotes the educational fairness. However,in the process of its issuing,the ideological problems of some students,such as poor sense of integrity and gratitude,and overstress of self- regard,arise frequently. In this article,based on the analysis of the ideological problems,several effective measures were proposed to optimize the system for state stipend.
