头孢他定钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of ceftazidime sodium combined with azithromycin treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children

目的探讨头孢他定钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2013年1月1日-2014年5月1日收治的126例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象。将患儿随机分为干预组、对照组,每组63例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,干预组在对照组基础上给予头孢他定钠治疗。结果干预组的总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。干预组的临床症状（发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘息）消失时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）。干预组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论头孢他定钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎能有效提高临床效果,改善患者的临床症状,加快其病情恢复,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ceftazidime sodium combined with azithromycin treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods 126 children Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia received by our hospital from January 1,2013 to May 1,2015 were selected as study group.126 patients were divided into intervention group and control group,and there were 63 cases in each group.Control group was treated by azithromycin,while intervention group was treated by ceftazidime sodium on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The disappeared time of clinical symptoms（fever,cough,pulmonary rales,wheezing） in intervention group） was obviously shorter than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in intervention group was significantly lower than that o control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ceftazidime sodium combined with azithromycin treating Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can effectively improve the clinical effect,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,accelerate the recovery of the disease,reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction.
