HPV感染合并不同宫颈病变与阴道菌群失调关系的研究

Research of correlation between HPV infection combined with different cervical lesion and vaginal flora imbalance

目的探讨HPV感染合并不同宫颈病变患者的阴道菌群种类变化以及分布情况,为宫颈病变的预防以及治疗提供可靠依据。方法随机选取我院2013年10月1日-2015年10月1日收治的90例不同宫颈病变患者为研究组,另选取同期于我院行体检的90例正常体检人员为对照组。统计、分析其HPV感染情况以及阴道菌群变化情况。结果研究组患者的HPV阳性率（80.00%）显著高于对照组,除CINⅡ、CINⅢ级比较外,其他不同宫颈病变程度患者之间的HPV阳性率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;不同宫颈病变患者在菌群分布、真菌感染、假丝酵母菌感染以及阴道炎发生率方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宫颈病变程度与HPV感染情况存在一定的正相关性,阴道菌群变化可推动宫颈病变程度的改变。早期调节阴道菌群,发现HPV感染可有效预防、治疗宫颈病变,避免其进一步加重。

Objective To explore the vaginal flora species change and distribution in patients with HPV infection combined with different cervical lesion,and to provide reliable basis for prevention and treatment of cervical lesion. Methods 90 patients different with cervical lesion received by our hospital from October 1,2013 to October 1,2015 were randomly selected as study group and 90 normal medical personnel at the same term were selected as control group.The situation of HPV infection and vaginal flora species change was counted and analyzed. Results The positive rate of HPV in study group（80.00%） was obviously higher than that of control group,and apart from the comparison of CINⅡand CINⅢ level,the positive rate of HPV in other patients with different cervical lesion had statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The species distribution,fungal infection,Candida albicans infection and incidence rate of vaginitis in patients with different cervical lesion had statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The cervical lesion degree has positive relationship with HPV infection.Vaginal flora species change can promote the change of cervical lesions degree.Regulating vaginal flora in early stage and founding HPV infection can effectively prevent and treat cervical lesion to avoid further aggravation.
