美他多辛联合纳洛酮治疗急性重度酒精中毒的临床效果

The clinical effect of metadoxine combined with naloxone on acute severe alcoholism

目的探讨美他多辛联合纳洛酮治疗急性重度酒精中毒的临床效果。方法选择2013年12月-2015年6月期间收治的急性重度酒精中毒患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予纳洛酮治疗,观察组给予美他多辛联合纳洛酮治疗。观察两组患者治疗后不同时间神志恢复情况,观察两组患者心脏和肝脏损伤恢复情况。结果观察组治疗60 min和120 min后的总有效率分别高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组治疗后第1天和第3天的肌酸激酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶分别与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论美他多辛联合纳洛酮治疗急性重度酒精中毒疗效显著,神志恢复快,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Metadoxine combined with naloxone on acute severe alcoholism.Methods 60 patients with acute severe alcoholism were selected from December 2013 to June 2015,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,there were 30 cases in each group.The control group received naloxone treatment,the observation group received metadoxine combined with naloxone.The recovery of consciousness in different time in two groups was observed after treatment,the recovery of heart and liver injury was observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group for 60 min and 120 min after treatment was higher than those of control group respectively,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The level of creatine kinase,alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase in the observation group at the first day and the third day after treatment compared with those in the control group at the same time respectively,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Metadoxine combined with naloxone in treatment of acute severe alcoholism has obvious curative effect,the recovery of consciousness is fast,the therapy is worth of learning.
