摘要 目的探讨辛伐他汀对脑梗死患者脑源性神经生长因子水平的影响。方法选取2013年2月~2015年2月本院收治的100例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予辛伐他汀治疗。比较两组治疗前后的脑源性神经营养因子水平、神经功能缺损和日常生活活动能力评分,评定两组的疗效。结果观察组治疗后的神经功能缺损评分显著低于对照组治疗后,日常生活活动能力评分显著高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组治疗后的脑源性神经生长因子水平显著高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论辛伐他汀能够升高脑梗死患者脑源性神经营养因子水平,提高治疗效果。 Objective To explore the influence of simvastatin on the level of brain derived neurotrophic factor in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction from February 2013 to February 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with simvastatin on the basis of the control group.The level of brain derived neurotrophic factor,the score of neurological function deficit and daily living activity before and after treatment in the two groups was compared respectively.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results The score of neurological function deficit in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group after treatment,the score of daily living activity in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The level of brain derived neurotrophic factor in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference(P〈0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin can increase the level of brain derived neurotrophic factor in patients with cerebral infarction and improve the treatment effect.
